Estimated Play Time:

Play Style:

Turn-Based Play

Objective:

Gather the most sets of matching cards. First to seven wins!

Rules and Gameplay:

  1. The goal is to collect sets of 4+ cards matching at least one attribute (color, shape, number of shapes). For example, a set could 4+ green cards, 4+ star cards, or 4+ cards with six shapes.
  2. Shuffle the deck of cards.
  3. Deal 7 cards to each player.
  4. Set the remaining deck face down in the center of the playing area.
  5. The player with the most matching attributes goes first. Gameplay will continue clockwise.
  6. The current player may ask another player for a card with an attribute matching one or more of the cards in their hand. If the player being asked has a card with the attribute, they must give one card with the matching attribute to the current player.
  7. If the player being asked does not have any cards matching the attribute, they say "Go Fish!" Then the current player draws a card from the deck in the center.
  8. If the current player has any sets of 4+ cards they may play them face up in from of them. Played sets are safe and cannot be taken by other players.
  9. After the current player receives a card from another player or draws a card, and elects to play any sets, their turn is over. The player to their left starts their turn.
  10. Once any player has played seven matching sets they win and the game is over!
